Think of this Sanctuary Hour as your oasis—a time to pause,
reset, resource, and connect in the way you need so you can
return to your life feeling anchored, nourished, and
supported from the inside out.
In this live, facilitator-led, group-guided space, we follow what’s most needed in the moment, weaving together things like meditation, gentle breathwork, gentle movement, somatic awareness, laughter, simple sharing, and other heart-centered practices.
It’s a space where you can freely express what’s real for you (or simply listen), be witnessed without judgment, and be gently uplifted by the energy of the group.
You’re invited to come exactly as you are and engage at your own pace—camera on or off, fully participating or just receiving.
Each session is created in real time with the group, so no two Sanctuary Hours are exactly the same—but they all share the same heartbeat. The common thread is this: you’ll be held in a warm, uplifting community, given tools to regulate your nervous system, and invited back into your own center. You log off feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded—and a little more like yourself again.
Sanctuary Hour is offered as a donation-based experience, making it accessible while honoring the value of the space. You’re invited to give what feels aligned and sustainable for you—your presence is already part of the gift you bring to the group. Create a cozy spot, bring a mug of tea, and breathe with open heart.
