Laughter is a powerful human connector.
To get all these amazing benefits - we need a minimum of 10 minutes of hearty laughter.
That's not something you can get from a joke or video. So here, we practice building that muscle. Best exercise EVER!
Unlike an in-person retreat where the experience ends when you leave, this journey helps you develop tools you can access in your own life.
Together we'll create the experience, but you'll also be building your own relationship with joy, laughter, self-expression, and resilience long after the program ends.
