Laughter isn't just entertainment.


It's one of the fastest ways to interrupt stress patterns, create connection, shift perspective, and help your body remember safety, play, and possibility.


The goal isn't to laugh because everything is perfect.

The goal is to create enough space that joy can exist alongside real life.


Laughter shuts off cortisol production.

Laughter boosts all your happy hormones : Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, & Endorphins

Laughter is a powerful human connector. 


To get all these amazing benefits - we need a minimum of 10 minutes of hearty laughter.

That's not something you can get from a joke or video. So here, we practice building that muscle. Best exercise EVER!
